TL7 hover APC

[Dark Conspiracy] Based on the XM22 PCAC (GDW/Twilight 2000).

An experimental vehicle, never widely used because of its poor 
manoeuvreability, but adopted by the USMC as an APC that didn't need a 
separate landing craft to transport it.

Crew: 3 total: commander, pilot/countermeasures, gunner.
